The Metropolitan Chapter of the Club Management Association of America’s mission is to provide consistent and relevant education with social interaction that facilitates networking. To offer leadership and mentorship development among professionals connected with the management of clubs.

To be recognized as the leader among CMAA Chapters through setting the highest standards of excellence in professionalism, education, networking, and philanthropy, while remaining relevant and progressive for all.

Our Statement on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

The Metropolitan Chapter of the Club Management Association of America values and seeks diversity within the club management profession.

We believe in and are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the management and staffing of clubs and the Chapter. Our commitment to developing “great professionals first” supports our DEI core principles, manifested through hiring practices, recruiting, training, and access to career growth within our clubs and the Association.
